Valladolid, Oct 10 (EFE).- The National Police, together with the Local Police and with the collaboration of RENFE security guards, has arrested two men in Medina del Campo (Valladolid), who traveled from Madrid, for painting the carriage of a train and causing damage valued between 6,000 and 8,000 euros.
As reported on Wednesday by police sources, the agents made the arrests on October 7 for the alleged perpetrator of a crime of intentional damage.
Both, when they realized the presence of the police units, fled the scene, jumping over a wall and hiding under some vehicles.
Those arrested, after being chased by the agents, were caught on Estacion Vieja Street, where they were hidden under some vehicles.
At the time of the arrest, it could be seen that both his hands and his own clothing were stained with spray paint, containing 17 spray paints, 22 nozzles, three mobile phones and a pair of gloves, as well as various amounts of narcotic substance.
The authors had expressly traveled from Madrid with the sole purpose of carrying out this type of act.
According to a first assessment, the damages caused may amount to between 6,000 and 8,000 euros, pending the complaint from RENFE-operadora.
The detainees were placed at the disposal of the judicial authority, which established their freedom with charges for a crime of damage. EFE
